COCAINE-RELATED offences committed in the European Union rose 39% between 2004 and 2009, according to the latest annual report from the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction. (..) In 2009 some 1.5m Europeans between the ages of 15 and 34 took cocaine, though prevalence varied in individual countries from 0.1% in Romania and Greece to 2.5% in Estonia.
