Foolproof way to put a screen protector (even a cheap one; works only with screen protectors that have a cover on both sides):

  1. thoroughly clean the surfaces - you may use the piece of cloth / leather that comes with your screen
  2. use scotch tape to tape the protective cover of the film to the phone
  3. remove the protective cover on the other side while pressing the uncovered film to the phone and pushing away bubbles with a credit card
  4. remove the protective cover with the scotch tape and enjoy!
