In all fairness, it does seem that the moderator was a bit on Biden’s side (judging by how she cuts Ryan off and lets Biden talk more, interrupt etc). Then again, Ryan is keeping a low profile..
The VP debaters appeal to their respective bases, while the Presidents to be try to reach out to the “undecided” and 0-infs.
