Last week’s episode of Mad Men had the best scene between Don and Joan. When they went to Jaguar and pretended to be a couple then went for a drink after and just flirted innocently was too cute! I feel they both understand each other and no one could handle Don better than Joan.
I would love for them to date!! Let’s hope the writers do it at some point.
Don & Joan dating would be the worst decision ever! They each represent 2 different islands, 2 different chunks of the American experience of that decade and they are interesting because even though they have parallel stories, they do have these subtle commonalities. They only intersect at work and that’s precisely why the scene they shared was so charming at worked so well.
Don & Joan?! Bleah! That would be like work incest..
