My first thought was “you gotta be kiddin’ me” but then you go on for so long, no way this is a joke. Anyway.. sandwich-device: inbonobo: a lesson in sexism :) Making a sandwhich is a skill everyone has. Fixing a car takes actual intelligence and isn’t something just anyone can do. So your point is women can’t fix cars because they’re stupid? I’m sorry, I cannot agree with that. The only significant difference between men and women is strength, due to elevated levels of testosterone, and even that has been decreasing due to hormonal disruptors and estrogen-mimicking compounds in our chemicals-infested lives. Fixing a car seldom requires strength to a level that most women do not have. Asking a woman to make a sandwich for you is lazy and probably doesn’t come from the idea that you’re such a busy man so you’re asking for a favor. It’s just plain stupid. Asking a man of which you know CAN ACTUALLY fix a car is pretty much complimenting and doesn’t fucking resort to a stereotype. If that’s complementing, so is asking a woman to make a sandwich - she can actually do it. But if the problem is stereotypes, a woman should jump with joy at the opportunity to fix a car - what’s more stereotype-smashing than that?! I’ve pointed this out before, why do people keep resorting to this idiotic reasoning? Let me kindly point out to you why your “reasoning” is so dumb that reading it, I feel a kidney stone forming. As the angry man above is pointing out, not all men are born knowing how to fix cars, this knowledge is acquired. Acquiring knowledge is something that women can do just as well as (if not better than) men. I can’t relate to fixing a car as I sold mine long ago and rely strictly on bicycle (and for a while, rentals) but for fixing computers I seldom don’t know how to start, I have to Google it first. Women can do this just as well, if not better. There is another argument that you might want to make and that is that women may be asking men to do things for them because men have an innate need to feel superior, a need that women have learned to cultivate by playing dumb and needy even when they are not, for the good and harmony of the couple. Could that be your point sandwich-device femi-queen? :)

White guys in suits are repulsive. If you don’t have an automatic knee-jerk reaction to white guys in suits, I can’t relate to you/we can’t be friends.

As a general rule, suits:men as lingerie:women.

But I’m just a biased, ambitious poor kid who feels that if the guy doesn’t have enough initiative to purchase a damn suit, we probably don’t have compatible goals. Plus, if he can’t even handle a suit, he will probably feel extremely emasculated by me.

as a white man, i don’t enjoy wearing a suit particularly precisely because it seems to have such a positive and yet unjustified effect on people. i get less trouble and less friction and even preferential treatment from almost anyone. that may be because i transform into an icon of white privilege.

i find that revolting. maybe that Penn family reacted that way b/c their knee was jerking. automatically.
