Hassan Steven Jarrar, 40, was released Friday after serving a 15-year sentence for aggravated sexual assault and assault. Police say Mr. Jarrar — who will be living in Toronto — is considered a “high-risk offender” and the public is being notified because of his potential to re-offend. (via gm)
